I’m in the midst of wedding planning (as a Type A bride, I’m actually having a ton of fun!). Thought I’d write then an ongoing list of small wedding planning tips as I feel it bubbling.

Enjoy, brides and grooms to be!

  1. Create a shared wedding email to receive all wedding vendor information. For example:: nickandmika[at]gmail[dot]com. Label your emails accordingly. You can even use this email beyond the actual wedding!

  2. Prioritize important things, pay cheaply for the rest. As with everything in life and work, weddings have tradeoffs. The constraint: budget. So it’s important to prioritize.

    For example: We cared more about videography than decorations so we found the cheapest decor package so we could move more of our budget to the videographer.
